Jennifer is the Director of Market Research at Curve Development. Prior to Curve, she joined JEN’s regional partner TerraWest Communities where she met Nathan Pile, and worked closely with him and JEN Partners for 5 years before becoming the first employee of Curve. With over 15 years of experience in real estate development, she uses her vast knowledge to research development potential of specific land opportunities, maintains a high level of information regarding current market data and trends as well as performs thorough due diligence analysis on all new site acquisitions across the country.
Jennifer graduated from Arizona State University with a B.A. in Human Communication and holds her Real Estate license in Arizona.
Justin has over 14 years of experience in development, architecture, and construction across the southwestern U.S. As a licensed architect in the state of Arizona; he has worked on a multitude of project types, including high-rise multi-family, hospitality, industrial, manufacturing, class A office, and single-family developments. Before Curve Development, Justin worked for TrueNorth, a startup developer, LGE Design-Build, and Doug Fredrickson Architects, a local architecture firm where he designed/developed projects ranging from 2,000 square foot restaurants to 22 story multi-family high rises. Justin utilizes his well-rounded architecture and entitlement experience to spearhead our nationwide projects.
Justin was raised in Pittsburgh, PA, and graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s and Masters of Architecture while completing a semester abroad at Torcuato Di Tell University in Argentina to finish his Master’s Degree in 2011.
Nathan is the President/Owner of Curve Development with over 20 years of industry experience. He oversees the company’s national platform, evaluates and executes development opportunities, and is responsible for strategic long-term strategy. Prior to forming Curve, he was the Development Manager for JEN Regional Partner, TerraWest Communities. From 2014 to 2019 he managed the multi-family condo development, construction, design, and sales process. Prior to TerraWest, Nathan joined Zaremba Group on the acquisition, build, lease up and sale of a twin tower, high rise, luxury apartment project. The development set a mark for success over the 90-year history of the company. Before joining Zaremba Group, he was a Project Manager for Weitz Construction on several large-scale commercial and multi-family projects. He is originally from Nebraska and spent his youth building custom homes with his family.
Nathan graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a B.A in Construction Engineering.
Joe Baker is a Development Manager for Curve and oversees the Arizona and Florida projects. Joe is responsible for both project management and asset management during the pre-construction, construction, stabilization, ongoing management, and disposition of developments. In this role, he is an asset to Curve being self-motivated, resourceful, and goal-oriented who works closely with the development department and takes ownership of any tasks.
Joe graduated from Arizona State University and has vast knowledge in Real Estate Development with over 10 years of experience.
Morgan is the Marketing Coordinator at Curve Development. Morgan is responsible for creating, delivering, and editing marketing materials and advertising campaigns. She assists in the development of strategic and tactical marketing plans by gathering and providing marketing information. Morgan manages our website design, content, and tracks analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant. Before Curve, she gained her knowledge from working at a National Public Relations agency in Phoenix, AZ. Her love for real estate led her to take her skills and knowledge and apply them to the real estate industry.
Morgan graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.A in Communications and a Minor in Business Administration. In her free time, Morgan enjoys traveling, interior design, and spending time with her loved ones.
Preston has worked in residential construction, across multiple States, for the past 13 years. His experience ranges from post-closing customer service to back-end construction to start-finish construction. His attention to detail has allowed him several opportunities to lead training and mentorship programs as well as becoming a recipient of the 2016 National award for ‘top 25 Field Manager’.
Preston graduated from Northern Arizona University with a B.A. in Spanish/Political Science and holds his Real Estate license in Arizona.
Stephanie is our Administrative Assistant and plays an important role in organizing, managing, and keeping the office running. She is responsible for clerical and organizational tasks like file organizing, scheduling appointments, assisting other staff members, and drafting correspondences or messages. Stephanie is a vital role in the success of Curve and she brings a great deal of knowledge to the team.
