Construction is underway on a 25-home luxury infill community in central Scottsdale. Home prices will start at $950,000 in the development called Quarter at Palm Scottsdale.

Curve Development is building the houses at Palm Lane and 74th Street that will range in size from 2,080 to 2,700 square feet.

The mid-century modern style three-bedroom houses come with two stories, fenced backyards and two-car garages.

“Our mission is to create timeless homes that not only serve today’s buyers but integrate seamlessly into the neighborhoods we build in,” said Nate Pile, founder of Curve Development.

The median home price in ZIP code 85257, where the houses are located, is $615,000, according to the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service.

The community also will have a fitness center and pool.
