Builders tout other new projects in Scottsdale, Goodyear, Phoenix and Tucson
Other homebuilders also kicked off sales in the New Year:
- • Phoenix-based Curve Development, which has been busy developing rental communities throughout the metro, has begun construction on a collection of 25 luxury hones at the corner of Palm Lane and 74th Street in Scottsdale. Prices will start at $950,000 for the 2,220-square-foot, two-story homes.
- • Los Angeles-based Tri Pointe Homes is opening Phase 2 at Abel Ranch in Goodyear, where it will build 174 homes starting in the mid $500,000s. Those homes at the northeast corner of Indian School and Citrus roads will range between 2,627 and 3,455 square feet.
- • Los Angeles-based KB Home celebrated the grand opening of Mirador Ridge Skies in Tucson, where homes are priced from the $360,000s. This represents the company’s third new-home community within Mirador Point master plan in southeast Tucson.
- • Scottsdale-based Taylor Morrison celebrated the grand opening of its Verdin master-planned community, which will include 1,200 homes upon completion. While some of its luxury homes will start at $1.33 million, others will start at $690,900.
