Nathan Pile
President
Nate Pile is the Founder and President of Curve Development, bringing over two decades of experience across the real estate development and construction industry. He leads the firm’s national platform, overseeing investment strategy, development execution, and long-term growth initiatives.
Nate’s career began in his hometown of Omaha, Nebraska, where he was immersed in building custom homes, laying the foundation for his hands on approach to development. His entrepreneurial drive led him to Scottsdale, Arizona, where he quickly scaled from residential projects to leading complex, large-scale developments. His experience includes key roles on landmark projects such as the West 6th Towers in Tempe, one of the most successful developments in its firm’s history, as well as high-rise development like The Summit, and involvement in major infrastructure work including the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport expansion.
Prior to founding Curve Development in 2019, Nate held leadership roles with nationally recognized development and construction firms, where he gained deep experience across acquisition, design, construction and disposition.
Under Nate’s leadership, Curve Development has grown into a vertically integrated platform with a portfolio exceeding $700 million in residential communities developed or managed across the country. The firm’s work spans for-sale residential, build-to-rent, and office redevelopment, with over 1600+ homes delivered across key growth markets.
